NEEDED: Invitation for an open house

I'm having an Open House on November 21 and need an invitation ASAP that I can e-mail to the print shop that I use. I'd prefer a Christmas theme. Does anyone have an invitation or information on how to do this? I've never had an open house before. Thank you so much!
